cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and related matters.

our workshops.
By registering for a workshop or purchasing any services from
Xlozarinyx, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agree to be bound by this Return Policy. If you
have any questions about this policy, please contact us before
making a purchase.
Workshop Cancellation by Participants
We recognize that unexpected situations may arise that prevent
you from attending a scheduled workshop. Our cancellation policy
is designed to be fair to both our participants and our
business, as we prepare materials and allocate instructor time
well in advance of each workshop.
Cancellation More Than 14 Days Before Workshop
If you cancel your workshop registration more than 14 days (two
weeks) before the scheduled workshop date, you are eligible for
a full refund of your registration fee. The refund will be
processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business
days of your cancellation request. To request a cancellation,
please contact us by phone or email with your registration
details and confirmation number.
Cancellation 7-14 Days Before Workshop
If you cancel your workshop registration between 7 and 14 days
before the scheduled workshop date, you will receive a 50%
refund of your registration fee. The remaining 50% covers
materials that have been prepared specifically for your
participation and instructor time that has been allocated.
Alternatively, you may choose to receive a full credit that can
be applied to any future workshop within six months of the
original workshop date.
Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before Workshop
If you cancel your workshop registration less than 7 days before
the scheduled workshop date, you will not be eligible for a
refund. However, we understand that emergencies happen. In cases
of documented medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other
extraordinary circumstances, we may offer a credit for a future
workshop at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss your
specific situation.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend a scheduled workshop without prior
notification, you will not be eligible for any refund or credit.
We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you know
you will be unable to attend, even if it is within the 7-day
window, so we can discuss potential options.
Workshop Rescheduling by Participants
We understand that your schedule may change, and we strive to
accommodate rescheduling requests whenever possible. Our
rescheduling policy is as follows:
Rescheduling More Than 7 Days Before Workshop
If you request to reschedule your workshop more than 7 days
before the originally scheduled date, we will transfer your
registration to another available workshop date at no additional
charge. This transfer is subject to availability in the workshop
you wish to attend. You may reschedule up to two times;
additional rescheduling requests may incur an administrative
fee.
Rescheduling Less Than 7 Days Before Workshop
If you request to reschedule less than 7 days before the
originally scheduled workshop date, you may transfer your
registration to another workshop, but a rescheduling fee of 25%
of the workshop cost will apply. This fee covers the materials
and preparation costs already incurred for your original
workshop date.
Emergency Rescheduling
In cases of documented emergencies (medical emergencies, family
emergencies, severe weather affecting travel, etc.), we will
make every effort to accommodate rescheduling without fees,
subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible
with documentation of your emergency situation.
Workshop Cancellation by Xlozarinyx
While rare, there may be circumstances under which we need to
cancel or reschedule a workshop. In such cases, we will make
every effort to provide you with as much advance notice as
possible and will work with you to find a suitable solution.
Full Refund or Transfer
If we cancel a workshop for any reason, you will be offered a
choice between a full refund of your registration fee or a
transfer to another available workshop date at no additional
charge. If you choose a refund, it will be processed within 5-10
business days to your original payment method.
Insufficient Enrollment
Our workshops require a minimum number of participants to run.
If enrollment falls below this minimum, we reserve the right to
cancel the workshop up to 48 hours before the scheduled start
time. In such cases, you will be notified immediately and
offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to another
workshop.
Instructor Unavailability
If an instructor becomes unavailable due to illness or emergency
and we cannot secure a qualified substitute, we may need to
cancel or reschedule the workshop. We will provide as much
notice as possible and work with you to find an acceptable
alternative.
Facility Issues
In the event of facility problems, severe weather, or other
circumstances beyond our control that make it unsafe or
impossible to hold a workshop, we will cancel or reschedule the
workshop and provide you with options for a refund or transfer.
No Liability for Additional Costs
While we will do everything possible to avoid canceling
workshops, Xlozarinyx is not liable for any
additional costs you may incur as a result of workshop
cancellation, including but not limited to travel expenses,
accommodation costs, or lost wages. We recommend purchasing
travel insurance if you are traveling from out of town to attend
a workshop.
Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be processed according to the
following procedures:
Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days of
approval. Please note that depending on your financial
institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the
refund to appear in your account. We will send you a
confirmation email once the refund has been processed on our
end.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for
the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer
available or valid, please contact us to arrange an alternative
refund method. We cannot issue refunds to a different person or
payment method than was used for the original purchase without
proper documentation.
Partial Refunds
In cases where a partial refund is applicable according to our
cancellation policy, the refund amount will be clearly
communicated to you before processing. Any transaction fees or
processing fees incurred during the original purchase may be
deducted from refunds at our discretion.
Workshop Credits
If you choose to receive a workshop credit instead of a refund,
the credit will be applied to your account and can be used
toward any future workshop within the specified time period.
Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
You will receive a confirmation email with your credit details
and instructions for using the credit when registering for a
future workshop.
Group Bookings and Private Workshops
Special terms apply to group bookings and private workshops,
which are typically customized experiences for organizations,
parties, or special events.
Group Booking Cancellations
Group bookings (defined as 6 or more participants booking
together) require a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit
is non-refundable but may be transferred to a different date if
cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the scheduled
workshop. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the
workshop date will result in forfeiture of the full payment.
Private Workshop Cancellations
Private workshops are fully customized experiences and require
significant advance planning and material preparation. A
non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at booking. If you
cancel more than 30 days before the scheduled date, the
remaining 50% will be refunded or may be applied to a
rescheduled date. Cancellations made less than 30 days before
the workshop date will result in forfeiture of the full payment.
Participant Number Changes
If you need to reduce the number of participants in a group
booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Reductions made
more than 14 days before the workshop will result in a prorated
refund for the reduced participants. Reductions made less than
14 days before the workshop may not be eligible for refund, as
materials have already been prepared.
Materials and Supplies
All workshop fees include the cost of materials and supplies
needed for the session. These items are prepared specifically
for each participant and workshop.
Materials Provided
Workshop fees include all necessary materials such as papers,
adhesives, cutting tools, magazines, specialty supplies, and any
other items needed to complete the workshop projects. You do not
need to bring any materials unless specifically noted in the
workshop description.
Take-Home Materials
All projects created during the workshop, along with your
finished pieces, are yours to take home. Any unused materials
provided during the workshop remain the property of
Xlozarinyx and should be left at the studio unless
otherwise indicated by the instructor.
No Refunds for Unused Materials
If you choose not to use certain materials or supplies during
the workshop, you are not entitled to any refund or credit for
those unused items. The workshop fee covers access to all
materials, not just those you choose to use.
Workshop Transfers
In certain circumstances, you may transfer your workshop
registration to another person.
Transfer Policy
You may transfer your workshop registration to another person at
any time before the workshop with no fee, provided you notify us
at least 48 hours before the workshop start time. The person
receiving the transfer must meet any age or skill requirements
for the workshop. To process a transfer, please contact us with
the full name and contact information of the person who will be
attending in your place.
Transfer Limitations
Workshop registrations cannot be transferred to a different
workshop date or type without following the standard
rescheduling policy. Credits and promotional offers are
non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser
unless otherwise specified.
Special Circumstances
We understand that life is unpredictable, and we strive to be as
accommodating as possible while maintaining fair policies for
all participants.
Medical Emergencies
If you are unable to attend a workshop due to a medical
emergency (your own or that of an immediate family member),
please contact us as soon as possible. With appropriate
documentation (such as a note or documentation from a relevant
professional), we will work with you to reschedule your workshop
or provide a credit for a future date, regardless of how close
to the workshop date the emergency occurs.
Weather and Travel Disruptions
If severe weather or significant travel disruptions prevent you
from attending a workshop, please contact us. While we cannot
offer refunds for weather-related cancellations initiated by
participants, we will work with you to reschedule your workshop
to another date at no additional charge, subject to
availability.
Bereavement
In cases of bereavement, we will work with you compassionately
to either reschedule your workshop or provide a full refund,
regardless of the timing. Please contact us to discuss your
situation, and we will accommodate you in the best way possible
during this difficult time.
Promotional Offers and Discounts
From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts, special
offers, or gift certificates. Special terms apply to these
offers.
Discount and Promotion Terms
Promotional discounts cannot be combined with other offers
unless explicitly stated. Discounts apply only to the specific
workshops or time periods indicated in the promotion. Once a
promotion has expired, you cannot retroactively apply it to a
previous or future purchase.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are valid for the time period specified on the
certificate (typically one year from purchase date). Gift
certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred to
another person. If a workshop costs more than the gift
certificate value, the difference must be paid at the time of
registration. If a workshop costs less than the gift certificate
value, the remaining balance will be retained as a credit for
future use.
Promotional Workshop Registrations
If you register for a workshop using a promotional code or
special offer, different cancellation terms may apply. These
terms will be clearly communicated at the time of registration.
In general, heavily discounted or complimentary workshop
registrations may have more restrictive cancellation and refund
policies.

Xlozarinyx reserves the right to make final
decisions regarding refunds, credits, and policy exceptions. Our
decisions will be based on the specific circumstances of each
situation, our standard policies, and what we believe to be fair
to all parties involved.

any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to
our website. Your continued use of our services after changes
are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We

Registrations made before a policy change will generally be
governed by the policy in effect at the time of registration,
